Contact and booking forms can ask for your name, email address, company, employee count, role, industry and the information needed to respond to the requested offer. A configured request may also include the offer, page language and source page. We use these details to answer your enquiry, arrange the requested call or supply the material you requested.
The forms on the current website have no active submission endpoint. Typed answers remain in the open page and are not sent to a booking server, CRM or email service. A form acknowledgement is not a confirmed booking. You may contact us directly at info@revenuemarshal.ai.
For booking information received through our booking service, RevenueMarshal uses its own VPS and retains the information for 180 days from receipt. This describes the booking service, not an active connection from the current website forms. Any separately required contract, accounting or legal records are retained for the applicable obligation, with use restricted to that purpose.
Where the GDPR applies, handling a requested enquiry or booking is based on steps requested before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); other business correspondence is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Requesting a reply does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
